Cargo for Kids

How it Works​

Cargo for Kids, a non-profit initiative of Cargo Largo, helps by providing backpacks full of the essential supplies and hygiene items for underprivileged children in our community.



Charity Golf Tournament

One of the fundraisers to help support the Cargo for Kids initiative is the Annual Charity Golf Tournament benefiting Cargo for Kids.

 

Backpack Stuffing
Each year in July, Cargo for Kids hosts a community-wide volunteer event to stuff backpacks with grade-specific school supplies and hygiene items. The backpacks are then given to the Independence School District to confidentially distribute to students throughout the year.
